Barnard Elementary Invites Seniors to School

  • April 6, 2012

Haven't been to school in a while? Seniors age 50 and older are invited to meet at the Troy Community Center "bus stop" at the north entrance for transportation by school bus to Troy Barnard Elementary School from 8:50-11:45 a.m. Thursday, May 10.

Participants can meet the principal, enjoy a continental breakfast, take a tour of the school and join the students in their classrooms. They will have a chance to see how school has changed and witness first-hand the use of the latest educational technology.

The bus will return in time for participants to have lunch at the Community Center.

Participation is limited to the first 45 seniors who register by calling the Friends of Troy Seniors at 248-526-2608.
