"Chartreuse" a pop-up dinner experience at the Fisher Building

Farbman Group presents “Chartreuse,” Detroit’s twice-a-month, gourmet raw vegan pop-up supper and brunch club, on Friday, June 22, 2012 at 7 p.m. in the Fisher Building.

Local pop-up restaurateur, Corinne Rice, a certified raw and vegan chef, is hosting the event. The experience will include live music, as well as a video crew from American Hipster Presents, which will film the meal for its YouTube documentary series. The evening will feature a four-course, all-vegan dinner with menu items including an Asian salad, crab cakes, jalapeno-watermelon gazpacho and an almond nougatine.

The public can win tickets to the pop-up dining experience by entering a drawing when they visit retailers in the Fisher Building and New Center One between now and Tuesday, June 19. Tickets are $50 and must be purchased by Tuesday, June 19 at www.chartreusedetroit.com. Complimentary parking is in the lot off of Third Street and guests can enter through the doors nearest the lot and head down the hallway to the atrium — where the pop-up restaurant is located.
