10 Area Kids 'Shop With a Cop' for Holiday Gifts

Last Tuesday, Target and members of the Troy Police Department hosted 10 Troy children for its "Shop with a Cop" event.
The officers were paired up with the children and, with help and generosity from Target Corporation, brought some needed holiday cheer to the children and their families.
