Festive Crowd Helps Santa Light Up Troy City Hall (VIDEO)
The City held its annual Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony Wednesday evening.
With cups full of hot chocolate, tummies full of Timbits (courtesy of Troy's newest Tim Hortons) and hearts full of holiday cheer, dozens of bundled-up attendees crowded around the steps in front of Troy City Hall Wednesday evening to watch the Christmas lights come on for the first time this season.
The festivities included Christmas carols sung by the Troy Athens High School Concert Choir, a performance by the Troy Colts Drumline and a special countdown to the tree lighting with Santa Claus himself.
