Police: Rochester Man Stabbed During Fight at Troy Restaurant
The man was arguing with relatives about money before the stabbing, Troy Police say.
Troy officers responded to The Palms restaurant just before 2 a.m. Sunday for a reported stabbing.
According to a media release from the Troy Police Department, a 44-year-old Rochester man had been arguing about money with his two male relatives inside the restaurant, which is located on John R Road. The argument continued outside the restaurant, and the Rochester man was stabbed three times.
The man was transported to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, according to the report. His two relatives left the scene prior to the arrival of Troy Police officers.
