If you're looking for a dessert that kids and adults can enjoy together – and even make together – then this no-bake cheesecake recipe is perfect for you!

It only uses a few ingredients, all of which you should be able to find at the nearest Kroger or other grocery store.

Here's what you'll need:

  • 16 oz. whipped cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pre-made graham cracker pie crust
  • Fruit topping of your choice
  • Food coloring (optional)

Here's how to make it:

Empty the whipped cream cheese into a large bowl. Add the vanilla extract and sugar, then mix until smooth.

If you want to make it even more fun for the kids, add several drops of food coloring to the cream cheese mixture to give it a colorful tint.

Finally, carefully pour the mixture into the center of the pie crust, then gently spread the mixture to the edges of the pie tin. Garnish with your favorite fruit, if desired, and serve cold. Refrigerate any leftovers.

It's that easy!
