Fuel Report: Gas Prices Rise 4 Cents in Troy on Tuesday Morning

As the temperature is rising in the Metro Detroit area, so too are the gas prices.

According to the AAA, the average price for a gallon of gas in Metro Detroit is $3.32 this morning — up four cents from last week's average of $3.28.

If you're still looking for inexpensive gas, you could travel to Detroit, which boasts the cheapest gas in the region. A Citgo station at Plymouth and Wyoming is selling gas for $3.09 a gallon Tuesday morning.

Around the Troy area, the lowest price you'll find is $3.25 at the Kroger station on Rochester and Long Lake. Gas is as high as $3.39 at many other area stations.
