Troy Women’s Association 40th Annual Elf Shelf Arts & Crafts Show

The Troy Women's Association will hold their 40th Annual Elf Shelf Arts & Crafts show. There will be dozens of crafters on hand with their items to sell, just in time for the holidays. All proceeds of the event will benefit local charitable organizations.
