Readers' Choice: Hollywood Markets is Best Place for Grilling Supplies

With Memorial Day just a week away, it's time to pull out the grill and plan a barbecue. Troy Patch readers say Hollywood Markets is the place to go to stock up.

Memorial Day supplies will be a must if you plan to break out the barbecue next weekend, and if you live in Troy, Patch readers say is where they go for grilling and picnic supplies.

Hollywood edged out with 44 percent of the vote to Whole Foods' 32 percent.

In a five-star rating on the Hollywood Markets directory listing, Denise Skiba wrote:

"They have the best meats around but their potao salads, mexicali dip, and dill dip are also delicious. The cheese and lunch meat (Deli) has brand name choices and so much variety. Great donuts and Sanders bumpy cake too! Be sure to try the candy and snack foods they package themselves...Yum. I love shopping at Hollywood. The Lake Orion Store and Dequindre Store have awesome service, as does the Rochester Store. Haven't been to the other stores in a while so I can't speak to their service but I bet it's great as well."
