Community Update

Dave's snow plow service is not only the WORST service, the owner is abusive to his customers in addition to coming 8-10 hours AFTER a snow fall. He is rude, disrespectful, calls names, insults, etc. In addition, if you shovel your driveway b/c you need to get out of your house in the morning (when the snow was done falling the night before), they will SKIP your house. He then called me back to YELL at me for calling to still have my house done. I personally did it hours earlier and needed the rest to be cleaned up, etc. IT HAD NOT BEEN PLOWED. I had been working from home and watching. In addition, somehow a drive in a yukon was STUCK in a driveway. how does that even happen. Clearly, they do not have the best drivers in addition to HORRIBLE customer service. The first 2 years we had no issues, last year was not very good and this year during a tough winter has been beyond awful.
