Congressman Thaddeus McCotter (R-Livonia) announced Saturday he will setting his sights on the White House as he runs for president in 2012. McCotter made the announcement at the Freedom Festival in Whitmore Lake before strapping on his American flag-themed six-string guitar and rockin out some blues for the crowd.
