Family, Friends Set Up Fund in Memory of Baby Kendalyn, Ask for Funeral Donations

A fund has been set up to help pay for the funeral for 3-month-old Kendalyn Elizabeth-Rose Little, who died Monday.

Friends and family of three-month-old Kendalyn Elizabeth-Rose Little, who was killed early Monday morning, are asking for donations to help pay for the infant's funeral.

“Donations are going into the fund for the funeral expenses, and any money that’s left over is going to her toddler brother’s college fund," said Janelle Vandermerwe, a friend of the family who attended Dakota High School with Kendalyn's father.

Kendalyn's father, 25-year-old Kenneth Little, has been arrested and his daughter's death ruled a homicide. Little was arraigned this afternoon and charged with homicide-open murder and homicide-involuntary manslaughter.

Anyone who wishes to donate to Kendalyn's fund can visit any Credit Union One branch or shared branch location. Checks may also be mailed to:

Kendalyn Elizabeth-Rose Little Fund
Account No. 4263161
16255 Hall Road
Macomb, MI 48044

Funeral arrangements for Kendalyn are still pending.

How on earth can anyone, let alone the father of the beutiful child, kill a baby, I will never know. Children are a gift from God. I pray that the mother and family members don't suffer pain beyond which they must be enduring. Just remember that now this angel is in Heaven watching over you.

Been following this pretty closely and can't seem to find anywhere that says the father has been convicted. I think I am still living in America, the last time I checked and I did remember seeing that you are innocent until proven guilty. I know I am sleep deprived, but I didn't think I had landed on Mars yet !!!! :( Earth to Mars, Earth to Mars.......

I've known this guy for years and I don't think he's capable of doing this horrific act. My prayers go out to him & his family.

I don't think he's capable of that either. Has anyone interviewed the Mother?

As someone that knows the mother, I can't imagine her or her husband doing something so heinous. Family is EVERYTHING to her. And yeah, Betsy, I can't find anything about him being convicted either. It's almost like everyone's ready with their pitchforks without him having even been convicted.

I am running the Million March Against Child Abuse for Oakland County on April 22nd, 2013. It will be held on April 22nd at the Oakland County Courthouse, located at 1200 N. Telegraph Rd, Pontiac. We will be remembering Kendalyn as a child from Oakland County who lost her life in 2012 to child abuse. If family would like to participate they can contact me at macawalks@aol.com or our Facebook page at www.facebook.com/MACAmarchPontiacMI
