Troy Family Daze Festival Guide

Find all you need to know about attending the 2011 Troy Family Daze Festival with a guide from Troy Patch.

The Troy Family Daze Festival has returned with four fun-packed days days of carnival rides, games, live entertainment, food, fireworks and other activities for children and adults.

The festival, which was on hiatius since 2009, will run Thursday afternoon through Sunday night at , 3668 Livernois. Paved parking will be available on church grounds each day, with additional parking and shuttle service available for free at , 3838 Livernois, and , 760 W. Wattles.

Prices range day-to-day with special offers, starting with Thursday's 10 rides for $10 coupons, with regular prices falling between $3 and $4 per ride. Special unlimited-ride bracelets are available for $20 for Friday and Sunday, and $25 all day Saturday.

Thursday -- North Woodward Community Foundation Day

10 a.m.-1 p.m.

  • Special Children's Day (Invitation Only)

4-9 p.m. Festival open to the public
*no admittance after 8:30 p.m.

  • Food Court open
  • Children's Area open: children's games, entertainment and story time, sponsored by Somerset Skin Care
  • Amusement Ride Special: 10 rides for $10 with specially marked coupons courtesy of North Woodward Community Foundation
  • Laser Tag
  • Shuttle train runs in Zion Christian Church parking lot
  • Shuttle bus to and from Walsh College (no pickups at Walsh after 8:30 p.m., drop-offs until 9:30 p.m.)
