All about eBooks at the Troy Public Library

Do you own an ebook reader? Are you thinking of purchasing one? Did you know that you can download ebooks free from the Troy Public Library for your Kindle, Nook, iPad, smartphone, or other portable device?

To discover more about this exciting Library service, attend All about eBooks, a 90-minute program led by Troy Library staff. This program will answer all of your questions about these popular reading devices, and show you how to set up an account and download ebooks free of charge from the Library.

All about eBooks is tailored to the device you own. We have sessions for Kindle Touch and Fire users; sessions for those who use non-Kindle readers (Nooks, Kobo Readers, Pandigitals, Sony Readers, etc.); and sessions for those who use iPads, tablet computers, and smart phones.

Find out what's happening in Troywith free, real-time updates from Patch.

New to eReaders and just want to learn? Attend any of the sessions and we will demonstrate some of the more popular eReaders, purchased courtesy of the Friends of the Troy Library.
