Aqua Tots boasts an award-winning curriculum and has more than 20 years under its belt and provides personal swimming lessons to children of all ages.  Owner Annette Tomina says ' When you think about Children With Special Needs, Friendship Circle and the great work they do always comes to mind. I am honored to have Friendship circle visit AQUA TOTS"

Children will receive 30 minutes of swim instruction with professionally certified water safety instructors who have extensive experience in working with individuals with special needs.  Plus, once the class is over, they will have plenty of time to have fun and enjoy the water.

Swimming is fun yet it is also an important life skill.  Swimming can be a beneficial sensory input for children with special needs.  This program provides personal and professional training to children with special needs, as well as, helps to build confidence and so they feel more comfortable in the water.

Bassie Shemtov, Executive Director of Friendship Circle said “ We are pleased at the generosity Annette Tomina and Aqua Tots are showing with regard to our Friendship Circle children. It's very important for our kids have these sorts of socialization and exercise opportunities".       "

The event will take place at Aqua Tots Swim Club located at 846 East Big Beaver in Troy next to Nordstrom Rack on the Southwest corner of Big Beaver and Rochester Roads.

Friendship Circle has been providing assistance and support for more than 3,000 families of children with special needs since 1994.
