Troy Named One of the '10 Best Towns for Families'

Is Troy one of the best towns in the country to raise a family?

Family Circle magazine named Troy to its annual Top 10 list for a feature in the August issue, hitting newsstands July 2 and online at familycircle.com/besttowns.

The feature profiles a "multicultural" Troy family: Jen Hilzinger, 45, who lives here with her husband Glen, 45, an agency executive, and three children — Emily, 18, adopted from China, Ethan, 15, from South Korea, and Elliot, 6.

"We may be small, but we've got the whole world right here," said Jen Hilzinger, in the magazine.
