Thomas Roy Duncan passed away at age 60 on Wednesday, according to his obituary as posted to Price Funeral Home. Duncan, a lifelong Troy resident, was a member of the Troy Fire Department since 1978 in addition to serving on its Honor Guard. Duncan was also a Gulf War veteran with the U.S. Army.
