Troy Chamber of Commerce Mourns the Loss of Joel Garrett
Garrett, who tragically died Friday in a plane crash, was a longtime business owner in Troy.
Joel Alan Garrett, 79, of Troy is among three men who died Friday when a twin engine plane they were flying in crashed in Minnesota.
The Troy Chamber of Commerce on Monday posted a remembrance for Joel, who owned and operated Ladd's Real Estate and Development, located in Troy, since 1969. Garrett's son Dale, 49, of Berkley, also tragically passed away in the crash.
