Whose Bright Idea?

Who decided that the city of Troy will no longer plow the streets in the subdivisions?  It's bad enough that they don't take care of the grass between the house nearest the main road and the main road.  What are our taxes going for anyway?  Not the library, not to care for the public easement between the subdivisions and (Crooks) road, and now not to plow the street.  I think we taxpayers are due a big a refund.
