Police Blotter: Vehicles Damaged, Items Stolen at Boulan Park

Auto Theft
Police said a 1999 Honda Civic was stolen sometime between 1:30-4 a.m. Friday from the 2000 block of Crooks.
Attempted Burglary
Officers responding about 3:50 p.m. Saturday to the report of an alarm at Ecostar Renovations, 1395 Wheaton, arrived to find an exterior window shattered. A company representative arrived and indicated nothing was stolen.
Attempted Home Invasion
Police said a bedroom window was broken sometime about noon on Wednesday at a home in the 1000 block of E. Wattles in apparent attempt to gain entry.

Home Invasion
Police said someone entered a home in the 2000 block of Kettle and ransacked personal paperwork about 7:05 p.m. on Saturday.
Larcenies
Police said two unknown men stole three tables and 14 chairs about 6:25 a.m. Saturday from an outside dining area at , 1873 E. Big Beaver. Police said the men were seen loading the items in to a black Ford pickup truck.

Larcenies from Autos
Four people reported their vehicles broken into and property stolen sometime between 11:30 a.m. and 2:15 p.m. Saturday while parked at , 3671 Crooks Road.
Vehicles and items include:
- A 2010 Mercury Mariner that had a driver’s side window shattered and a purse stolen.
- Two rear passenger windows of a 2003 GMC Envoy.
- A purse stolen from the trunk of a 2010 BMW.
- A 2009 Chrysler Town and Country that had a shattered driver’s side window and personal items stolen.
Police said a catalytic converter was stolen about 2:10 p.m. Friday from a 2003 Pontiac Montana at , 6449 Rochester Road.
Two people reported their vehicles damaged and purses stolen between 12:45-1:45 p.m. Saturday while parked at , 4700 Investment.
Police said credit cards, a payroll check, cell phone, jewelry and other personal items were stolen about 4:50 p.m. Saturday from a Lincoln MKX parked at Sylvan Glen Golf Course, 5725 Rochester Road.
Public Assistance
and personnel were summoned about 2:35 p.m. to a home in the 5000 block of Patterson to assist homeowners in disposing of military and explosives and ammunition from a deceased relative’s possessions. The Michigan State Police Bomb Squad later arrived and took the items for disposal.
