Troy Police Department Recognizes Individuals with Award Ceremony
The 2012 Police Memorial Day Awards Ceremony is part of Police Memorial Week at the Troy Police Department.
The honored several officers, staff and members of the community Thursday during the 2012 Police Memorial Day Awards Ceremony at the in Troy.
The awards ceremony immediately followed a during which fallen Troy Police officers Charles Smetana, Martin Chivas and Charles Mulvihill, along with Police Service Aide Stephanie Steele, were honored for their sacrifice.
