State Rep. Martin Howrylak will sponsor in-district office hours twice in coming weeks.
There will be two sets of office hours; the first will take place Saturday, March 2, from 3:30 to 5 p.m. at the Troy Public Library (510 W. Big Beaver Rd.). The second will be Monday, March 4, from 3 to 5 p.m. at the Blair Memorial Library in Clawson (416 N. Main St.). No appointment is necessary to meet with the representative.
"I want residents to think of me as their eyes and ears in Lansing," said Howrylak, R-Troy. "It is important that I know the concerns of my constituents in order to represent them well in Lansing, so I encourage residents to come meet with me."
Residents unable to meet Rep. Howrylak during these scheduled times may contact his office at (517) 373-1783, or via e-mail at MartinHowrylak@house.mi.gov.
Howrylak is a freshman to the House. He defeated Democrat Mary Kerwin in the Nov. 2012 general election.
