According to the CPD, "The format for the debate will be identical to the first presidential debate and will focus on foreign policy."

TV Channels Broadcasting Live: ABC, NBC, CBS, CNN, Fox News, MSNBC and more, including CNN Español. In Detroit, FOX (Fox Channel 2) and ABC (WXYZ Channel 7) will not broadcast the debate because of MLB baseball and NFL football, respectively.*
