Troy Runners Take on Free Press Marathon

Here are the results of how Troy residents did in Sunday's Free Press/Talmer Bank Marathon.

Over 100 Troy residents finished the Detroit Free Press/Talmer Bank marathon and half-marathons early Sunday.

Among the top finishers were Philip Clark, 23, who finished in 267th place among 4,227 marathoners with a chip time of 3:30:28 and Allison Mason, 25, whose 3:47:54 earned her 155th place in the women's race.

Additionally, over 100 employees of the Troy-based Talmer Bank suited up to run. Talmer has 85 banking centers and 20 loan production offices in Michigan, Ohio, Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana and Maryland.
