Troy Bulldogs 8U Baseball Team Wins Second Tournament of Season

The seemingly unstoppable team recently clinched its second championship title over Memorial Day weekend.

The Troy Bulldogs 8U baseball team (for kids 8 years old and under) recently won its second tournament in a row at the LCB Memorial Weekend Summer Slam 8U Division in Commerce over Memorial Day weekend. The team's first championship win came on Mother's Day weekend at the Mt. Clemens Memorial Tournament at Memorial Park.

The Bulldogs beat out the Detroit Bees, Oakland Diamondbacks and Jetbox Baseball in Mt. Clemens earlier this month, squeezing out a 7-6 win against the Jetbox Baseball team in the final game of the championship to clinch the title.

This past weekend, the Bulldogs handily beat all four other teams by a wide margin, earning them the LCB Championship title.
