The holidays are certainly a magical time of year, and we are proud to have been a part of many of the holiday preparations and celebrations in Troy over the past few weeks. Have some last-minute shopping to do? Have no fear – Troy's two malls are both open on Christmas Eve. Here are their hours. The Somerset Collection The collection will open Monday, Dec. 24 at 9 a.m. and close at 5 p.m. There will also be a special send-off for Santa Claus starting at 2 p.m. in the North Grand Court.
